New Phone # & Call Center Coming to Idaho!

Our transit contractor, Downtowner, heard your comments and they listened! The call center that manages the GIFT phone number to schedule rides is moving to Idaho! Starting, Monday, November 21, 2022, to schedule a ride please call 208-999-4438. The old number will be disconnected.
We're excited for the service to provide a better customer experience on the phone for the customers who prefer to schedule their ride that way.
